<strong>Points to Note:</strong><br />
The Seller and Purchaser of the Property must appear at the notary from the Ministry of Justice (available at the Survey and Land registration Bureau) to sign the Sale of Purchase Agreement. The original title deed evidencing that the Seller has ownership of the property must be shown to the notary at the time of signing the Sale of Purchase Agreement.</p>

<h3>Step 2: Register the title deed with the purchaser&#8217;s name at the Survey &amp; Land Registration Bureau</h3>
<p><strong>Completion Time Frame:</strong> 30 days<br />
<strong>Completion Costs:</strong> 0.9% of property value if the documents are submitted within 2 months of notarizing the sale agreement. If after 2 months, cost is 1%.<br />
<strong>Points to Note:</strong><br />
After the Sale of Property Agreement has been notarized, the following documents are submitted to the Survey and Land Registration Bureau:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 notarized Sale of Property Agreement;</li>
<li>Commercial Registration Certificate of the Purchaser;</li>
<li>Memorandum of Association and amendments (if any)</li>
<li>Payment to the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.</li>
