Step 1: Obtain a non-encumbrance certificate (“Certificado Alodial”) and a 10-year certificate of the property (“Certificado Decenal”) at the Real Estate Office
Completion Time Frame: 7 days (simultaneous with procedures 2 and 3)
Completion Costs: BOB 165 each certificate
