Step 1: Obtain a non-encumbrance certificate from the Immovable Property Registration Office
Completion Time Frame: 3 days (regular Step) or 1 day (urgent Step)
Completion Costs: MNT 5,000 (regular Step) or MNT 10,000 (urgent Step)
Points to Note:
The seller obtains, before signing the contract, the mortgage-free certification from the Immovable Property Registration Office.
